Downstairs comprises a large living area with a kitchenette and second fridge. A great area to sit down and talk about your day.
The second, third and fourth bedrooms are also downstairs and share the bathroom with shower, vanity and w.c. The laundry has a front load washing machine.
Upstairs has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, large fridge and dishwasher.
Panoramic sea and rural views are offered from the full length glass windows. The master bedroom has a queen bed and sea views. The bathroom upstairs has a corner spa, shower, vanity and w.c. There are two balconies, one with sea views and the other with rural views.
The property has recently been updated, with new carpets and fresh paint. We appreciate all our feedback and strive to present the property the best we can.
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
