Some of the great features include: lovely coastal style living area with big screen TV, updated kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, split system AC and new DC ceiling fans, fully enclosed back yard with big grassed area for kids and dogs, covered deck area with two BBQs (gas BBQ plus charcoal fired Weber) and timber floors throughout.
The decor has a stylish coastal feel - with tempered blues and greys and a hint of lush green. The front yard has been newly landscaped and is a mecca for birds. Its a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the chattering feathered critters such as New Holland Honey eaters.
For entertainment and convenience, there is NBN WiFi and a Playstation gaming console.

The big backyard is full fenced with 1.8M steel. The gates to the back yard are 1.2M steel. There is a big lawned area and plenty of shade. Your well behaved pets are very welcome inside.
There is a long driveway for off-street parking of cars and boats. The garage is not available for guest use.
