The house is located just one street back from the beach with easy beach access alongside the Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club.

Being located centrally between Victor Harbor and Port Elliot will provide you easy access to all of the features of this beautiful part of South Australia.

Enjoy the benefits of close and easy access to the facilities of Victor Harbor but at the same time having a nice quite place to relax and unwind when the crowds do not suit.

The house is in a nice quiet street with easy access to the beach which provides swimming and surfing options. Alternatively take advantage of the ability to just take a quiet walk along the beach.

Albatross Beach House is also located adjacent to the local bike trail running from Goolwa to Victor Harbor so perhaps bring your bike.

The House

The house contains new amenities throughout that will provide everything needed for your relaxing stay. Included are two queen beds and two sets of bunks.

Living areas have been recently updated including new kitchen. The house includes lounge room, separate dining area, and in the third bedroom there is second TV with space for kids to escape and watch a DVD (plenty of DVD's available to use) or play the Playstation.

Maximum occupancy is 6 adults, or 4 adults with up to 4 children.

Quilts and pillows are provided for all beds however tenants are to supply their own linen.

The house has a good size backyard for the kids to play.

Make use of the recently constructed deck and pergola, perfect for outdoor dining making use of the BBQ facilities or just relaxing with a drink.
