You will love the views from the house and the big deck from Pt Elliot through to Granite Island and the Bluff at Encounter Bay. This is a huge ocean view! Rest, relax and be entertained with views of whales, dolphins, the Cockle Train and sailboats during the day and the lights of the new Granite Island causeway and Victor Harbor at night. You can walk to the beach for a swim in 5 minutes, or stroll 15 mins into Victor. Pt Elliot is a 5-minute drive away. The best of the Fleurieu is at your doorstep – great food and great beaches! Enjoy NYE fireworks seated on the lounge or out on the balcony or even from the Queen bed downstairs if you drift off to sleep before midnight.

Positioned just a 2-minute walk from the stairs on Hayward Street which take you down to the sandy stretch of popular Hayborough beaches (your own piece of paradise), the views from this elevated holiday home will simply take your breath away.

There is an extensive front balcony where you can sit back and take in the South Coast’s best view. With upstairs, open plan living to maximise the views, you can sit inside or outside to enjoy the views. The white modern kitchen on the upper level overlooks the dining family room and front balcony which of course takes in whale watching in winter and sailboats in summer.

There are four bedrooms in total (three with sea views), 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has all mod cons including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee pod machine. There are two TVs (upstairs and downstairs) both with Netflix. There is free high-speed WiFi for guest use. There is also a remote control garage or park in the driveway.

There is a reverse cycle AC unit upstairs (for heating and cooling) and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There is a bathroom on each level. The upstairs bathroom has a small bath (with a shower over the top) which is perfect for washing the kids after a day at the beach! The downstairs laundry has a washing machine plus a bar fridge (for extra drinks storage).

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

The property welcomes well-behaved pets indoors. The grassed backyard is fully fenced to a height of approx. 1.1m at its lowest point.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
