Price includes linen and 2 days basic breakfast supplies. A quiet location, a short walk to the Bluff, boat ramp, the bay and restaurants. Just a 5 minute drive to Victor Harbour where the seaside town life is buzzing with shops, restaurants, markets and entertainment and activities. Right alongside the Russel bird reserve and close enough to the water to see dolphins play in the waves. Whales can be seen in the area at some times of the year and seals often play on the rocks around the base of the Bluff. 10 minute walk to the Petrel Cove trailhead or a fabulous viewing location of West Island and the ocean.
Enjoy nibbles and have a drink on the balcony with a view you won’t tire of or relax on the couch with a movie in comfort. This unit is on the first floor (just 1 flight of stairs) and has off street dedicated parking. A fun holiday destination vibe with games, relaxation and garden area for kids to play. The morning sun on the balcony is rejuvenating and there is often a mild sea breeze in summer to keep the unit pleasant so you can spend time with a magazine, book or start jigsaw puzzle. An ideal property for a "girls weekend away" or a family holiday.
The LOUNGE room
Has quality seating for 6, a large smart tv a cupboard full of games, toys, books, magazines, a Bluetooth speaker, binoculars and more. AC which covers the open plan living area.
The DINING area
Between the kitchen and lounge area seats 6 comfortably. 2 kids booster seats are available.
The KITCHEN
Is fully equipped with cookware, serving dishes, plastic and ceramic dishes, plentiful utensils and cutler. Dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator. 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, 1 bin bag, paper towel, 1 tea towel and sponge provided. Pantry basics and some sauces available, basic breakfast supplies are provided and the Nespresso coffee maker with 2 pods provided. This requires “Vertuo” style pods.
BEDROOM 1
is off the lounge and has fabulous views, an ensuite bathroom and smart tv. A wardrobe with bathrobes is available for guests and linen for the queen bed is provided, 2 towels, a hand towel and bath mat.
BEDROOM 2
is a large room with a king sized bed with linen and has a portable cot, baby change mat and booster seats in the blanket box. A basic tv with a chrome cast, a full wardrobe and 2 towels are provided in this room.
BEDROOM 3
has a queen bed with linen and is also at the rear of the unit. A full wardrobe is available for guests and 2 towels.
MAIN BATHROOM
is a large room has a tub and shower. A hand towel and bath mat are provided and some personal care items and hair dryer are in the cupboard if you need.
TOILET AND LAUNDRY
The separate toilet with a hand towel and basin at the rear of the laundry where a large trough and front-loading washing machine with powder for 2 loads are available. An indoor drying rack or 2 is there with outdoor clothes lines at the side of the building.
Bring your own beach towels and use the outdoor hose to wash off the sand after a day on the beach. 2 Pillows are in each room but byo if you want.
Carpark gate is security coded as is the unit door. No keys required. You will receive codes the day before your entry date.
