There is also a third vanity and WC for guests.
The property is located one street back from the beach, with easy walking access to the popular Hayborough Beach area, with crisp white sand and a mixture of surf on the left and small calm waves on the right the beach is perfect for all ages. The property features large entertaining areas with a large front balcony taking in sea views and a large bbq and outdoor courtyard at the rear of the home.
