Large light and bright open plan, living, dining and kitchen area. These areas are the perfect space to soak up the views and being on holidays – don’t forget to pack the wine!

Living area with plenty of seating areas, large TV and glass sliding doors opening out onto the large undercover entertaining decked area. This area has got a table and chairs and a BBQ.
Dining area with a large table to seat 8 people.
Kitchen has gas cooking, pura tap, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, island bench and x3 stools and much more!
Master Bedroom with a King size bed, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite, ocean views as well as a glass sliding door leading outside to the front balcony. Robe is excluded.
Downstairs Layout:
Second living area with a kitchenette (sink only). What a perfect space this is for the children or even a second family. This area you can also enjoy the sea views.
TV and lounge also in this area.
Bedroom two has queen size bed.
Bedroom three has a single bed and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom four has a set of single bunk beds and a chest of drawers.
Main Bathroom with a bath, shower.
Separate toilet.
Separate laundry with a washing machine, dryer and a door leading outside.
Lovely fully fenced backyard area which has more outdoor seating, fire pit, large grass area for the children to play plus a swing set.
