THE SPACE
This extremely comfortable air-conditioned single level home is built to be another home away from home, offering guests something extra special on their holiday experience. Villa Marie - a bright and spacious holiday home, offers an array of sleeping arrangements. If you're visiting with your family or a simple reunion with your friends, there is plenty of space for your group, up to 12 guests can be accommodated here. There are3 bedrooms (2 with queen size beds & 1 with 2 bunks sleeping 4),2 living areas with 2 pull out sofa beds sleeping an extra 4. Two bathrooms (1 with bath). Two outdoor areas with table settings - barbecue included in the private rear courtyard. Pets are allowed too (outdoors only), an enclosed courtyard area is perfect for them - so don't worry about leaving your furry friend behind. Fresh linen, bedding & towels are also included.

The popular seaside town of Victor Harbor is located 80 kilometers, or just under an hours drive, south of Adelaide, South Australia. It has clear turquoise waters, sun, surf and sand, stunning views and many restaurants, cafes, shops and sea-based activities. Encounter Bay, the peaceful area of Victor Harbor, is an excellent base for many activities and the perfect spot for a family holiday.

Encounter Bay is a beautiful, peaceful part of Victor Harbor. There are a number of cafes and restaurants close by, with a larger selection of these, as well as bakeries, banks, supermarkets, variety stores, doctors and chemists in nearby central Victor Harbor.
