The main living area forms the heart of the home, with two comfortable lounges arranged around a large LCD TV—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the river and nearby coastline. At the front of the home, a sitting nook with street views offers a quieter retreat, ideal for reading or enjoying a morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, generous bench space, and plenty of cookware and dishware, making everything from casual breakfasts to home-cooked dinners effortless. The six-seat dining table brings everyone together to share meals and conversation.
Step outside to the private backyard where fresh air and open space create a peaceful place to slow down. Whether enjoying a quiet afternoon outdoors or simply stepping out for a moment of calm, the outdoor area adds a relaxed extension to the living space.
Three comfortable bedrooms offer restful places to recharge. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a spacious ensuite with twin basins, a shower, and a WC. The second bedroom includes a double bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds—well-suited for friends or younger guests. A central bathroom with a full-size bath, separate shower, vanity, and WC services the rest of the home.
The dedicated laundry with a washer and sink adds convenience for longer stays. Ducted heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort. With both driveway and street parking available, arriving and exploring the region is simple.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay; however, please bring your own beach towels.
Smoking and vaping are strictly not permitted anywhere on the property, and parties or events are not allowed. Non-compliance may result in fines.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
