Upstairs is another living area with another smart TV, an open-style well equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy the view while cooking on the bbq at the balcony. Master bedroom (Queen bed) comes with dual access ensuite (separate shower and spa) with your own private balcony.
The house comes with ducted heating/cooling throughout. The courtyard at the back provides privacy and perfect spot to have your morning coffee/tea outside. Parking available behind the house, next to garage (garage not included) and along the Esplanade. Please note for your safety cameras are placed outside the property front and back.
