This holiday home is a real gem that embodies a peaceful coastal feel. Grace Cottage is a lovely character home just a three minute walk to the boardwalk and beach.

This living space has abundant natural light and beautiful spaces throughout. Our favourite spot is the bay window seat. Combustion fire place and a split system air conditioning.
The living room also enjoys a sea view and even the cockle train can be seen going past in the holidays.
Kitchen has with a server window, electric cooking, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and much more!
Three spacious bedrooms which all have Venetian blinds, block out curtains and ceiling fans. The master bedroom captures a tranquil sea view. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a custom made wooden lined linen press with ample storage.
Main Bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Separate laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, broom, mop, dustpans etc.
Outside entertaining area includes outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ. Lawned backyard facing The Crescent offers privacy behind the hedge. The property is fully fenced and safe for children to play.
All about location, Grace Cottage has very easy access to the beachfront...just cross the road and take the boardwalk to the sea so you can stroll to the shops.
