This newly constructed, the single-level beach house is the perfect location for a Middleton holiday! Just a few streets from the beach, you can walk to the beach in two minutes, then enjoy the hot water outdoor shower in the back yard when you get back from swimming, surfing or just walking in the sand.

Inside there are four bedrooms (sleeping 8 people) and two bathrooms. In the middle of the house is the open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. There is a big screen TV with Netflix and a sound system, along with WiFi.The kitchen has all mod cons including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and fridge. There are large double doors from the open plan living to the outdoor living area. The huge deck looks out to a delightful backyard and garden that is set up for entertaining and outdoor living. There is a BBQ for outdoor cooking.

There is a reverse cycle split system air conditioning unit (for heating and cooling) and ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms.

The main bathroom has a separate toilet, shower, and bath. The ensuite has a toilet and shower.

The beds will be freshly made with linen for your arrival. BYO towels.

There is plenty of off-street parking to the side of the house – even enough room to park a boat! The garage is not available for guest use.

The backyard has lush lawned area plus a garden and is fully fenced with 1.8M colour bond steel and a 1.2M gate.
