Beautifully located in Encounter Bay this almost new home that will surely delight those wanting a great get-away experience at one of South Australia’s favourite holiday spots. You’ll enjoy its wonderful position, three houses back from the beach, and an enjoyable promenade to the ever-popular Beach House Cafe and Yilki General store for an all-day breakfast. The Boulevard Cafe at the end of the street is proving to be a popular spot with an excellent inexpensive menu and great coffee. For those celebrating a special event, the Whalers Inn at the Bluff with its eye-popping northerly views over the bay to Victor should be considered too.
For those who would like to be a little more action-oriented, the Encounter Lake is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding from its protected sandy beach. The Encounter bikeway goes all the way to Goolwa and passes through some outstanding scenery along the beaches… you won’t get bored, that’s for sure!
The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has a peaceful Asian feel, and the quality furniture and fittings will ensure your stay is a pleasant and memorable occasion.
Two spacious living areas with comfortable modern sofas, a 60″ plasma TV, a DVD player, and an interesting library will keep you entertained should you choose to stay in and relax. The rear deck is a great place to enjoy the prolific bird life whilst enjoying a bottle or two of the Fleurieu’s famous wines.

Should you feel the need to eat in, the solid granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances is waiting to be put through its paces; If you don’t want to cook then venture into Victor and enjoy Indian, Italian, seafood restaurants, and the hotels in town offer incredible value-for-money menus just a five-minute drive away.

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

The property is securely fenced to keep you and your pet safe and sound. The small rear courtyard has a deck and garden. If your dog loves lawns, this isn’t the property for you!
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.
You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.
Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
