Pipi Cottage in Middleton, is a beautiful, renovated property with all the comforts of home is waiting for you to relax in. Located close to the surf beach and in a very quiet part of the street in between Middleton and Goolwa, you’re never far from the local hotels, cafes, restaurants, bakeries and shops the South Coast has to offer.
The Space:
Through the front door you will enter the cosy lounge area with a combustion heater and seating for six people by the TV. There is also a ceiling fan and split system air conditioning. Adjacent this area is the open plan dining which will seat six guests.
Step down to the open, airy kitchen and enjoy the De’Longhi Nespresso coffee machine, spacious benches, fridge/freezer, pantry, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and more.
You will be surprised by the large outdoor room/family area which is a small step down from the kitchen and has a beautiful timber dining suite which will seat eight comfortably, while some of your friends or family relax in front of the TV on the casual outdoor furniture. The dining suite is on wheels and can be moved outdoors to enjoy the patio under the shade cloth. Open the double glass doors to let the afternoon sea breeze in. *Please note: This room is not completely sealed, it is a veranda that has been filled in, it is not heated or insulated.
At the rear of the home is the master bedroom suite which includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, built in robes and doors out to the rear yard.
Separate from the master bedroom, there is also a lovely modern bathroom with double basins, separate toilet and separate shower.
The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and iron.
At the front of the property, bedroom two has a queen bed and built in robe space.
Bedroom three includes a single bunk bed and robe space.
The main bathroom has been designed beautifully with a walk-in shower, toilet and large vanity with basin.
A BBQ and outdoor umbrellas are supplied for guest use in the fenced lawned back yard.
Outdoor cold shower to rinse off after returning from the beach.
The driveway is gravel and has parking for two vehicles.
