This deluxe two storey beach house is a short stroll to the beautiful Middleton beach, great for both swimming or surfing (large shallow areas for the kids). Located on the cliffs only one street back from the beachfront. Relax with a drink on the huge deck area looking out to the sea or enjoy meals outside on the outdoor setting. Get away from wifi and enjoy this beautiful coastline. Create new memories. Explore the beaches, rocks and cliffs around the area. You can either cycle or take long walks to Goolwa or Port Elliot. Play board games. Do a bit of whale watching. Visit Victor Harbor. It’s all there waiting for you.

This comfortable house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets. Liquid soap is provided in all bathroom areas so you can keep up your hand-washing routine.

Upstairs is a well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and rice cooker. Very well stocked with quality crockery and cutlery as well as kitchen basics (cling film, alfoil, dishwasher tablets etc). All the kitchen utensils you might need if you love to cook.

Large open plan dining and living areas as well as a very spacious master bedroom (queen bed) with BIR and large ensuite. There is a second separate toilet near the main living area and reverse-cycle air conditioner.

Downstairs are three large bedrooms, (two queen beds and two singles all with clothes racks).
Second bathroom, laundry and second spacious living area with ceiling fan and Dyson heater.
Bathroom includes separate toilet and vanity, shower and bath.
Laundry with washing machine and airer plus a clothes line outside.

Also outside is a lovely lawn area and garden. BBQ is also provided.

Quilts with covers, protectors and pillows are provided, as well as tea towels, oven gloves and toilet paper. Guests to BYO sheet sets and towels.

A bike track is nearby to either Goolwa or Port Elliot/Victor Harbor.
