Light and bright formal living area with plenty of seating areas, large TV mounted on the wall and lots of books for you to enjoy.
Piano not for use – please also do not put anything on the piano at all.
Open Plan Kitchen and dining area. This area is perfect for entertaining the kitchen is breath taking and has everything you will need plus more! Large gas cook top and oven, large fridge, coffee pod machine, Pura tap, toaster, kettle, microwave, lots of cutlery/crockery and ample of bench space and bar stools at the island bench.
Dining area with a large table that seats eight people. Another TV in this area.
Door leading outside where there is a little undercover area and a large grass area plenty of room for the kids to play this area is fully enclosed and safe.
Separate toilet with a basin.
Laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Master Bedroom with a king size bed, couch, TV and walk in robe leading off the main bedroom.
En-suite with a corner spa bath, large shower, basin and toilet.
Bedroom Two has a single bed and a built-in robe.

Bedroom four has a bunk bed this is a perfect bedroom for the children it has a few kids toys.
