Designed for relaxed beachside living, this big, light-filled home offers open plan spaces, two living areas and a seamless connection to outdoor entertaining. Whether you’re here for a quiet weekend escape or a longer South Coast stay, this is a place where you can truly unpack, unwind and slow down.
The heart of the home is upstairs, where the kitchen, dining and living area flow effortlessly onto a spacious all-weather deck. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, air fryer, and coffee machine, making holiday meals and slow mornings easy. The deck offers year-round comfort and breathtaking views. It’s the perfect spot for long lunches, sunset drinks, morning coffees or simply watching the ocean change throughout the day. A telescope is provided if you’d like a closer look at the coastline and passing boats.
The upstairs living area is comfortable in all seasons, with split system air conditioning and WiFi throughout the home. In the evenings, relax with Netflix after a day exploring the coast.
The master bedroom is also located upstairs, complete with walk-in robe, ensuite and elevated outlooks that make waking up here something special. A powder room for guests adds extra convenience.
Downstairs, a second living area offers a relaxed space for families, with entertainment options ideal for kids and teenagers. Three generous bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath and a well-equipped laundry complete the lower level. Large windows throughout bring in natural light and garden views.
Outside, the home continues to shine. The easy-care backyard offers space for children and pets to play. Pet guests are especially welcome, with Hollie’s Haven – a dedicated, secure backyard space designed as a fun and safe area for your dog to enjoy while you relax or head out for the day.
For those keen to make the most of the coast, two kayaks, boogie boards and a selection of beach games are available for guest use, making beach days and water adventures even more enjoyable. Simply bring your sense of fun and head down to the shoreline.

Parking is easy and flexible, with secure parking available in the double garage and additional off street parking.

Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 8):
Main Bedroom: King Bed (Sleeps 2). Located upstairs with direct access to the ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in robe.
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2). Front downstairs room that overlooks the "Hollie's Haven" pet friendly area.
Third Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2). Located downstairs and adjacent the second living area.
Fourth Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2). Located downstairs and adjacent the second living area.
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.
100% Pet-Friendly
The property welcomes your well-behaved pets inside. It features a fully enclosed stainless steel fence, with fencing heights of approximately 1.6m to 1.8m, providing a secure environment for your pets. The backyard has three grassed areas, offering a safe and comfortable space for your pets to relax and play while you enjoy your stay.
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.
You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.
Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
