PRICING

Peak Season (December/January/February, Easter, school holidays) - from $295 per night per night
Low Season (March-November, excluding Easter and school holidays) - from $200 per night

A security bond (from $300-$500 depending on length of stay) is taken prior to checking in and this is returned after the house is inspected (usually within 14 Days) less a cleaning fee of $150. Please note the cleaning fee has been increased due to the current measures in place due to the current COVID outbreak.

The cleaning fee is a minimum of $150 (for a standard COVID clean) but may be more depending on how much cleaning is required after your stay.

Sheets, pillow cases and towels can be supplied at a cost of $15 per person.

PLEASE NOTE:

* During peak season, the minimum booking is 4 nights. During other times of the year, the minimum booking is for 2 nights.

* There is a very strict NO PARTY POLICY: Parties & functions are strictly prohibited and will result in you being asked to leave immediately and the loss of your bond.
