Situated on the beachfront in Hayborough minutes northeast of Victor Harbor, THE POINT is perfectly suited for families or a large group looking for a seaside getaway. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the master bedroom commanding stunning views of the ocean. A separate rear studio (located adjacent to the garage) contains its own bedroom, bathroom and laundry, allowing for a little extra privacy.
With non-fuss lime-washed floorboards and simple but comfortable furnishings, this is a place you can enjoy with the family without the worry of sand through the house or sticky children's fingers on glossy surfaces.
As a popular rental property situated at one of Adelaide's favourite holiday destinations, early bookings will avoid disappointment especially at peak periods.

THE POINT is conveniently located in-between the coastal townships of Port Elliot and Victor Harbor.
Just over an hour's drive from the city of Adelaide via the Southern Expressway and Victor Harbor Road, the trip is a very pleasant drive through the South Vales wine region with its low rolling hills, historic townships, coastal diversions and famous wineries of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Conveniently located within close proximity to Victor Harbor's cafes, shopping and local attractions such as Granite Island's fairy penguins, the Southern Fleurieu wineries or a leisurely stroll amongst the Norfolk Island Pines lining the foreshore.
