This relaxed family beach house boasts some of the best views on the South Coast!
Head across the road for a surf or enjoy boogie boarding on the quieter and safer end of the gorgeous long and sandy Middleton surf beach.
Sleeps up to 10 guests, and your dog is welcome too.
Bed linen, pillows, bath mats and hand towels are included so you can arrive and relax, stack the fridge, unpack the bathers and head out for a swim.
The Space:
4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms
Upstairs offers an open plan living / kitchen / dining area with fabulous views, flat screen TV and split system air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and large family sized fridge freezer. Bedroom 1 is on the upper level and has a queen bed and seating area, plus an ensuite. The outside entertaining area at the rear has a gas bbq, and the spacious front deck has panoramic sea views.
Downstairs there is a second living area with TV, plus a 2nd bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, and bedroom 4 has 2 singles and a bunk bed - plenty of room for all the family!
Pet friendly with an enclosed rear yard, this is the perfect home for your next getaway with family and friends, with plenty of room and right on the beach.
Please note that while up to two dogs are allowed to accompany you on your holiday to The Rise, it is very important that you let us know that you plan to bring your fur baby. An additional charge of $75 will apply.
