A lift is due to be installed in May 2021, making the upstairs more accessible to all.
Upstairs is the real star. The lounge and dining area are pleasantly furnished, including another TV, and the stunning kitchen is fully equipped. The open plan living area's floor to ceiling windows show off the ever-changing ocean and view and, if that isn't enough there are three balcony areas, one with BBQ and dining table.
The master bedroom has the same view, as well as a walk through robe and huge en suite. A third toilet is also located upstairs.
Parking is plentiful, with a two car garage and driveway.
The house is an exclusive lease and regularly used by the owners, meaning that dates are subject to confirmation. Names and numbers of guests staying will be requested on payment of deposit
