A long gravel driveway leads to a gated entrance, opening to a charming farmhouse set across scenic acreage. The main living space features a comfortable sectional sofa beneath lofty vaulted timber ceilings, with wraparound windows drawing in natural light and countryside views. A second living space offers a quieter retreat with a fireplace, TV, and lounge seating, with sliding doors connecting directly to the patio. Outdoors, the covered alfresco area includes a BBQ, dining table, and string lighting, extending onto a lawn and fenced yard ideal for relaxed evenings.
The open-plan kitchen sits at the heart of the home, complete with teal cabinetry, an island bench with seating, modern appliances, and a large fridge, flowing easily into the large dining area. Heating and cooling are supported by ceiling fans and natural airflow, creating comfort across seasons.
A spiral staircase adds a distinctive farmhouse feature, connecting the levels and leading to a loft-style mezzanine that overlooks the main living space, complete with a small seating nook. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a super king bed, a sitting area, and direct access to the deck. Also on this level is a queen bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a claw-foot bathtub and a separate shower.
Downstairs, you’ll find two additional queen bedrooms and a single bedroom, along with a second bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, dual vanities, and an integrated laundry with washer and dryer. All bedrooms include ceiling fans and portable heaters, ensuring comfort throughout the seasons. Parking is at the side of the house for four cars.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
