About This Attraction
Goolwa Artworx Gallery is located 80 kilometres and an hours' drive south of Adelaide at Goolwa.
Situated in the heart of the Goolwa heritage precinct, it is close to the old river port's restaurants, hotels and the historic Goolwa wharf and railway station.
Housed in an 1850s stone cottage, Artworx features original oils, water colours, acrylics and pastels by a diverse range of talented South Australian artists, including many from the Fleurieu region.
Part of the Fleurieu Art Trail, Artworx features beautiful hand-blown glass, pottery and jewellery - sourced by gallery owner, Wendy Middleton from around Australia as well as imported pieces from Africa, Morocco, South America, India and Indonesia.

Classes, Lessons and Workshops
Coorong Imaging
Coorong Imaging is both a gallery and a working studio, displaying the works of award winning digital media artist Lindy Downing. Situated in a newly, rustically renovated 150 year old stone hut, the studio displays photographs and digital media featuring local fauna, flora and landscapes. Lessons on digital imaging and software applications are also available by prior arrangement.
