The Space:
The home features sleeping for 10 guests and is split over two levels. As you come down the stairs from street level to level one you are greeted by a rear back sun deck which includes a BBQ and views of the coastline to Port Elliot and beyond. On entry you walk into a large open plan living, dining and kitchen. The large floor to ceiling windows make you feel like you can touch the water and the large beachside balcony is magnificent. On this level there are two bedrooms, master offering a king bed (this can be split into two singles if required) and offers an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two features a queen bed. A second bathroom is located on this level also.
*The property has lift access if required for disability access only. this has to be arranged future to bookings and negotiated with owner.
The lower floor of this property includes a second living area, great for the kids to relax and enjoy a movie or a game of pool. Three further bedrooms are on offer including two bedrooms containing queen beds and a third offering two singles. A third bathroom is also located on this level.
The property features fully ducted heating and cooling downstairs and split system units upstairs so all year round holidays are possible, full disabled access facilities are also on offer on level 1 including lift access if required from the roadside to level 1.
