Relax on Barton is a 2-minute walk to Boomer Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in S.A., stretching from Freeman's Nob at Port Elliot right around to Victor Harbor. You can surf, swim, boogie board or just walk on the soft sands. The beautiful McCracken Golf Club is only 5-minute drive away and 10 - 15 minutes to Victor Harbor or South Lakes courses.
Relax with a glass of your favorite Fleurieu Peninsula wine in your hand while gently swaying in the hammock as the sound of waves breaking of Boomer Beach drift over.
Wonderful walking and bike riding trails. Go for a drive and taste the local wines, beers, cheeses etc and visit the markets on the weekends. Have a game of bowls at the Port Elliot Bowling Club and enjoy the view from the greens, or have a ride on the cockle train.
THE SPACE:
The house is on one level, easy access and a genuine feeling of spaciousness.
The children's lounge room has a sofa bed that comes out to a double bed, also a TV and DVD, board games, magazines, and books.
The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, parents retreat with a table and chairs, so you can sit and enjoy the view of the hills. Also a TV, DVD. Ensuite and walk-in robe.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobe and dressing table.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has many electrical appliances, also a dishwasher, microwave. wall oven, hot plates and fridge/freezer.
The family room has a 50" flat-screen TV, DVD & inputs for USB.
The main bathroom has a shower and a bath.
Reverse cycle air conditioner, and ceiling fans.
Washing and ironing facilities.
Timber outdoor setting, flat BBQ and a Weber Q, all under an enclosed pergola.
2 car garage with electric roller doors, direct access to the house.
