Overlooking Knights Beach with stunning views of Boomer Beach going all the way to Victor Harbor and beyond. This wonderful home enjoys grandstand views of the ocean - you just marvel at the spectacle of the waves crashing to the shore, or exploding over the rocks by Green Bay. Surfers and boogie boarders entertain all year round, as too the pods of dolphins and seals that regularly frolic in the surf right in front of you. Also during the whale season regular sightings of whales is a common occurrence.
You enter the top floor of the two storey home from street level - every turn will have you mesmerised - the welcoming wide doors and warm polished boards and the light and bright feel of the home. Once inside you will be completely captivated by the wall to wall floor to ceiling windows bringing the ocean spectacle to life right in front of you. The upper level is disposed to a beautiful open plan family living/dining room and kitchen, with sliding door access to the large tiled balcony - a wonderful spot for lunch on a sunny day. The dining room table is at one end of the living room adjoining the fabulous modern kitchen. The kitchen has Caesar stone bench tops and a massive island bench which is certain to be the centre of all activity in this amazing beach house. Miele appliances, a large two door fridge, coffee machine and quality crockery and cutlery. A large glass sliding door takes you from the kitchen into the master suite. Here you really can have your own space to get away from it all if needed and simply relax and watch a movie in the comfort of your own living room, before moving into the master bedroom with ocean views and ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom is on this level, complete with bath, shower, vanity and wc and laundry.
Guests will be mesmerised when they go downstairs and discover the rest of the bedroom accommodation. Beautiful large porcelain tiles with underfloor heating are throughout the living area - this space is really self-contained with a fabulous kitchenette complete with stone bench top, dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge. Here you will discover three large bedrooms - all with beautiful sea views. The third bathroom is separate to the toilet - all beautifully tiled. The ocean views from downstairs are fantastic - you will sleep easily here with the sound of the waves coming to the shore! From downstairs you can access the undercover patio and lawn - just the spot of a game of Boccie! From the lawn you have your own private set of steps taking you straight onto the sands of Knights Beach - on return you can rinse off at one of two outside hot & cold showers. And a BBQ is included.
Without question this is a home for all occasions at any time of the year! The location is undeniably beautiful as it is spectacular, with a home and floor plan designed to capture the amazing views, whilst providing amazing comfort and lifestyle in a beautiful yet completely relaxed environment. A short walk takes you to The Strand and into the heart of Port Elliot for fabulous eateries, hotels and shopping. The home is complete with free guest WiFi and Linen is also provided.
Please note the garage is not included in rental but secure parking for up to three cars is provided.
