Upstairs layout:
Large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. These areas are light and bright. This property also has ducted heating and cooling throughout.
The living area has plenty of seating areas and a TV mounted on the wall. Glass sliding doors leading outside to the large decked entertaining area. What a perfect spot to soak up those amazing views and being on holidays. Don’t forget to pack the wine!
This area has got everything including an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a sink and bench areas, a large table and chairs, an outdoor lounge area and electric bar heaters ready for all year round entertaining.
Dining area to seat 10 people a TV mounted on the wall. Glass sliding door leading outside to the front decked area.
Kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher, pantry, Nespresso coffee pod machine and an island bench with 6 stools.

Master bedroom with a queen size bed, large with walk in robe, TV mounted on the wall and an ensuite leading off the bedroom.

Downstairs layout:
As you arrive at this holiday home you will have lots of parking spaces available. You can also open up the double gates and have access through to the backyard. Plenty of room for a boat.

Bedroom two with a queen size bed and a built-in robe.
