This two storey family holiday home has been very well designed for those who love to go away with family and friends. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone and much more! Fantastic views from the entertaining area of the Bluff and ocean.
Nice quiet location a short walk to the beach and lovely restaurants along the water front.
Upstairs layout:
Large Open Plan Living, Dining and Kitchen Area.
Two separate living areas, they are both light and bright offering x 2 lots of seating areas what a perfect idea one for the children and one area for the adults, x 2 TV mounted on the wall, wood fire, ceiling fan Air conditioning and glass sliding doors leading out onto the veranda outdoor entertaining area all under cover. Large outside table and bench chairs as well as a BBQ.
This is a fantastic area to sit back and really soak up your next holiday. Bluff and ocean views as well! Enjoy a glass of bubbles overlooking the tennis court where the whole family can have lots of fun! Tennis rackets and balls are at the home ready for your next holiday!
Dining area has a large table and eight chairs plenty of room for the whole family.
Kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine (Delonghi brand) and much more!
Main Bedroom is located upstairs with a King size and built in cupboards and a mirror.
The Main bedroom also has a bonus small size kitchenette in this area.
Ensuite leading off the main bedroom which is very modern and nice.

Bedroom two with a Queen size bed and Built in Robes.
Bedroom three with x 1 set of single bunk beds and Built in Robes.
Bedroom four with x 1 set of single bunk beds.
