Chalet Moma is a 5 minute walk to Boomer Beach which is great for body boarding and surfing and a 15 minute walk to Horse Shoe Bay where its fantastic for swimming, jetty jumping, stand up paddle boarding and just relaxing on the sand.

The Space:
CHALET MOMA is an architecturally designed western red cedar split level beach house, built Circa 1986, located on the high point of Port Elliot.This unique beach house is walking distance to the vibrant village lifestyle of Port Elliot and just a short walk to popular Boomer Beach.

On entering the house you have a bedroom to your right with a queen size bed, walk in robe and a private balcony deck over looking the garden. The open plan design in the kitchen and dinning allows for free flowing bench top breakies and dinner parties.

The laundry is just off the kitchen and incorporates a second bathroom-shower, vanity and wc
A few steps down from the dinning room takes you into the family room/lounge, which in turn provides access to the large covered all weather deck.The high pitched timber ceiling extends to the full roof height creating a void on the first floor , yet providing an overriding sense of space.

Ascend the stairs to the first floor level and you will find two more bedrooms-one of generous proportions with private balcony/deck and beautiful views of Seal Rock, Wright Island and The Bluff at Encounter Bay. The bedroom are separated by the main bathroom, beautifully tiled, with bath, shower alcove, vanity and wc.

Other features include free Wifi, phase ducted reverse cycle air conditioning , an additional reverse cycle split upstairs, slow combustion fire in the family room and ceiling fans.

Owner supplies quilts, quilt covers and pillows, toilet paper and bin liners

Firewood available upon request.
