There are 2 bathrooms and toilets. The house has a modern rear deck overlooking the bay. The deck is set up for out door dining and relaxing. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave and dishwasher. The house has a generous rear yard with fencing and gates as well as BBQ facilities.

The living area is delightfully decorated and also overlooks the bay. It has a Smart TV. A Blue Tooth speaker is also available.

The house has evaporative air-conditioning as well as heating.

The laundry has a washer and dryer.

The house is a short walk to the beach, the bluff, Whalers Inn, the Beach House café and Yilki's store.

There are 2 golf courses in the local area.

Linen can be supplied through a local supplier at an additional cost.

Additional cleaning fee of $95 is required at time of booking.

Minimum rental 5 nights during school holidays and 3 nights during long weekends.

The person responsible for the booking must be over 21 years of age and in attendance at all times. There must be at least 2 responsible adults (21 year of age or older) staying at the property during any rental.

The property is not available for parties or gatherings.

There must only be a maximum of 8 people on the property at any time.
