Originally built of stone in 1878, this beautiful cottage showcases early architecture with thick walls, high ceilings, polished timber boards and ornate fixtures and fittings. It is such a unique holiday home, steeped in local history, and will suit those looking for a special experience.
From the front of the house you can see the ocean, just 60m away. There is an undercover patio area to the front of the house to enjoy the views. Kent Reserve is just a few minutes walk down the road, and there are a range of cafes to choose from within 5-10 mins walk.
The property has been upgraded recently with a new kitchen and main bathroom plus other new features. The property has all the mod cons including dishwasher, 900w cooktop and oven, coffee machine, reverse cycle ducted AC and more.
There are separate living and dining spaces, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one sun room, three alfresco/patio areas so you can soak up the sun or find a shady spot, and a laundry.
For entertainment, there is WiFi, Apple TV Box (with Netflix), three TVs, DVDs and more. One TV is set up specifically with the kids in mind. It has DVD’s to keep them happy when they’re not outdoors enjoying the beach or child-friendly property boundaries. Such fun to explore!

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply to $15 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

The property welcomes your well-behaved pets indoors. The property is fully fenced to a height of 1.5M. There is a 100mm gap under the double gates.
