A second living room also with sliding door access to the alfresco dining is perfect for extended family members or as a quiet place to retreat to.

The modern galley style designed kitchen overlooks the front living room for easy entertaining with long island bench, gas stove and dishwasher.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. Bedrooms two and three have built in robes and are adjacent the main bathroom. There is also a separate toilet and laundry.


With ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, all mod cons, and a sliding entrance gate, this property is a very comfortable, secure and easy space to inhabit.
