There are two bathrooms with WC and excellent undercover parking for two cars.
Let the children enjoy the large, secure rear garden while you look on from the rear entertaining area.
Only a short walk (200 metres) to the beach with nearby cafes and shops or 50 metres to the park with playground and sandy lake front beach. Enjoy a walk to the Bluff or nearby Victor Harbor. Go whale watching or just paddle your feet.

Sporting and social groups have found it to be ideally located for events on the Fleurieu Peninsula and for the Victor Marathon.
