This superb property is a luxury oceanfront front holiday home in the heart of Victor Harbor. So close to Granite island, pubs, shops and cafes, Warland Reserve, Victor Harbor Heritage Trail, markets and much more. The property has wonderful views across Soliders Memorial Reserve to Granite Island and beyond.
There are three big upstairs bedrooms all with ocean views. The main bedroom is huge (it has its own lounge area) with beautiful views across Encounter Bay and Granite Island. There is also a big private deck off the main bedroom. Fall asleep hearing the gentle sounds of the waves lapping onto the beach. The main bedroom as an ensuite and a walk in robe. The other two bedrooms share a main bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.
Downstairs are two large entertaining areas, the front lounge with picturesque views across the Bay. The rear living, dining and kitchen area looks out to a fully enclosed courtyard with pergola.
There are two TVs, Netflix and WiFi internet, as well as books and games. There is a laptop friendly workspace.
The extended kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a big granite top island bench. There is a laundry with powder room to service the downstairs level. Stepping out the back through double sliding doors to the covered outdoor dine area is just stunning with established plantings and high pitched roof. You'll be able to relax in privacy out here. There is a carport which is accessed from the rear lane-way.
The property has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning on both levels (and in each bedroom) for year round comfort.

Pet Friendly
Your well behaved pets are very welcome inside.
The front of the property has a solid 600mm high fence with bars to 1800 on gates and top of wall. There is a Perspex panel on the front gate so small dogs cannot get out between the bars of the gate. The backyard is fully enclosed with 1800 high colour bond fencing.
