Most of the year 2 nights.
Long weekends 3 nights.

Summer school holidays 7 nights. Preference is given to stays of 14 nights.

SECURITY BOND: A bond of $300.00 is required before arrival. If you book through Homeaway they collect your card details in case there is a claim after your post stay inspection/clean.

SCHOOLIES WEEK: Unfortunately we are not able to offer accommodation to students during schoolies week in November.
