This property is located two minutes drive from the Victor Harbor town centre, or 15 minutes walk East along the safe beachfront pathway. The pathway continues West to the iconic Yilki Store and cafe right on the Esplanade. The Bluff and Whalers Inn are in walking distance further along the path, past the Beachouse Cafe and Pa's Fish and Chips.

The front deck is 4m x 7m and the rear, covered, alfresco deck for all-weather is 7m x 7m.

One bathroom containing an open shower, bath and vanity.
Separate WC.
One laundry containing washing machine, an additional shower and WC.


OUTDOOR - Garden and Parking:
Fully fenced, expansive grassed areas front and back. The property is 1,000 Square Metres.
Two driveways available for use. Front driveway can accommodate parking for two cars. Rear driveway can accommodate additional cars and boats.

Gas BBQ located on the rear deck.
There is a television located in the main living area.

LINEN:
Quilts with covers and pillows are provided for every bed.
You will need to bring top and bottom sheets for each bed, towels, pillow cases and a bath mat.

There is a cleaning fee that applies to all bookings and a security bond.
