You can surf, swim, boogie board or just walk on the soft sands. Victor Harbor and the beautiful McCracken Golf Club is only 5 minutes drive away. Middleton is approx 10 minutes away and Goolwa is a 15 minutes drive.
Wonderful walking and bike riding trails. Go for a drive and taste the local wines, beers, cheeses etc and visit the markets on the weekends. Have a game of bowls at the Port Elliot Bowling Club and enjoy the view from the greens, or have a ride on the cockle train.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 single ensemble beds and wardrobe.
The children's lounge room has a sofa bed that comes out to a double bed, also a TV and DVD, board games, magazines and books.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has many electrical appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave. wall oven, hot plates and fridge/freezer.
The family room has a lounge with recliner chairs, 50" flat screen TV, DVD & inputs for USB.
There is also a separate lounge room where you can relax and enjoy the view.
Main bathroom has a shower and a bath.
