Situated close to the centre of Victor Harbor, overlooking a local lagoon boardwalk which meanders to the ocean. It is located on the Main Road into Victor Harbor, but sheltered from traffic. It consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, all of which have been tastefully renovated and decorated. There is a supply of board games and unlimited internet is supplied, along with Fetch, Netflix and Stan. There is a split system in the living area and fans in all bedrooms.
The functional galley kitchen has also been renovated and is of a great size and light and bright. The bathroom has a good sized shower and bath to satisfy the whole family.
Bedrooms one and two are a generous size, both consisting of queen beds. Both have built-in storage. The third bedroom offers a single bed and bunks for the kids.
Outside you'll discover established private front and rear yards that make the most of the location. The front yard is secure with plenty of grass for the kids, and, they'll be safe behind the enclosed fence.
The rear yard has an undercover entertaining area with a deck that is accessed directly from the dining area. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, and fire up the barbecue or pizza oven. There's also a good sized rear grass area, and some established fruit trees. Completing the property outside is a double garage with a remote controlled roller door.
This home is perfectly positioned and close to the Victor Harbor shopping precinct, walking trails, parks, sporting facilities and the beach.
Whilst the property is situated on the main road into Victor Harbor, a walking trail with road underpass is located 25 metres from the property. Follow this trail along the wooden boardwalk to the beach or a private lagoon. Your choice! The property is situated on a main road, so it can be a little noisy during the day, but traffic is very light after 9p.m.
An 8 kg top loader washing machine and dryer is provided in the laundry with washing powder. A clothesline is fitted in the rear yard, and we supply ironing facilities.
