There is so much to enjoy, the car could stay parked in it's parking spot for the entire stay.
Enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine on the master bedroom balcony while you take in the sights and the sounds of the ocean, the surfers and the beach walkers.

The Space:
The property itself comes well equipped with spacious living and dining area. a wall mounted smart tv and unlimited wifi included. Bring your own streaming services login details.
A brand new kitchen with all you could need to cook a meal. There is a Nespresso coffee machine available too if you wish to make your own coffee and enjoy the views from home.
Out the back is a small courtyard with table and chairs and a gas BBQ. Downstairs you'll also find the laundry and the second toilet.
Upstairs is a gorgeous brand new bathroom with spacious shower, toilet and vanity. Huge master bedroom with balcony and stunning views.
In the second bedroom you'll find a double bed and a single bed. There is also another single trundle bed which can be set up wherever suits you. Pease let us know at time of booking if this bed is required so that bed linen can be organised for you.
This property may allow one small dog with permission. Please ask at time of booking. A pet fee of $75 will apply.
Strictly no smoking and no parties. Penalties will apply.
All bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels including bath mat, hand towels and face washers are included. Please bring your own bath ( body) towels and beach towels.
Bath towels can be provided for an additional $30.
