About this property

Comfortable 2 storey modern family home with superb sea views from both levels. Premium location near beach and local tourist attractions. The house is open plan, spacious and light filled with large sliding glass doors on both levels to maximise the sea views. The external deck is large and partly covered to offer some protection from the weather and has a covered BBQ. Games area downstairs with a table tennis table, books, toys and games. Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Main bedroom is upstairs and has a walk in robe and ensuite bathroom. Another bathroom and toilet on this level. Three bedrooms and a bathroom and separate toilet are downstairs. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the other two have single beds of which one is a king single. House has a shower on each level. The front bedrooms have window blinds and blackout curtains to assist a sound sleep.

Reverse cycle air conditioning on both levels. Free hi speed internet. Large carport and lots of off street parking.

Both levels have smart TV's and recorder/players. Guests regularly comment that the sea views are even better than the photos and that the house and facilities are perfect for either an extended break or even a weekend.

You can sit on the deck in the evening, eat your evening meal, watch the sun go down, hear the waves lapping on the shore and feel the stresses of the day just melt away. A stay at Seascapes can be relaxing at any time of the year.
