Welcome to Sunningdale House, a renovated 1800's early settlers cottage in the heart of Port Elliot. Sunningdale has been lovingly restored into a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom bespoke luxury holiday retreat catering for up to 8 guests. Whether it be relaxing on the expansive deck, swimming in the beautiful waters of Horseshoe Bay, or dining at one of our reknown eateries, we would love to help you create more memories for our Sunny!
Located in central Port Elliot and a leisurely stroll to all the cafes and shopping precinct that Port Elliot has in abundance, Sunningdale is your home away from home.
Beautifully appointed with luxury linens, fine furnishings and gourmet chef's kitchen Sunningdale is perfect for your next family beach getaway, girls weekend, bridal party or romantic escape. A large family friendly grassed backyard is all yours for a casual game of Bocce and why not toast some marshmallows around the vintage brick firepit whilst enjoying a glass of one of the Fleurieu's local wines.
Beautiful seaside village of Port Elliot is abundant with natural beauty, family friendly beaches and gorgeous scenic walks. A foodie haven with numerous cafe's, coffee shops and fine dining to satisfy all your culinary needs. A short stroll to The Strand to browse the various pop up shops before cosying up to our wonderful wood fire at night.
Everything Port Elliot has to offer is just a 5 minute walk so park the car for the weekend and venture out on foot to see the sights.
Please note that in order to comply with COVID Guidelines we are no longer providing linen. Linen can be hired locally which we are happy to arrange for you to ensure your beds are all made for your arrival!
