When you’re not out enjoying the cafes you’ll be able to swim and soak up the sun at any of the stunning beaches in and around Port Elliot. Walk down to the end of the Strand and find one of SA's best Scenic coastal walkways, taking in the Stunning views of Horseshoe bay and the full coast line to Victor Harbor, the Bluff and beyond.
The Space:
Back at your holiday getaway, The Port Elliot Cottage has an abundance of character, charm and generous indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. As soon as you enter you will feel automatically in holiday mode – don’t forget to pack the wine!
On the inside you’ll have two comfortable living areas reverse cycle air conditioning and a combustion heater, (fantastic in the winter whale watching season), T.V and restful lounge suites with plenty of seating areas.
The kitchen area is fitted with electric cooking, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee pod machine. It has all you’ll need for your stay. This area adjoins a large separate dining area that leads out through to the sunroom and rear entertaining area. This holiday home contains four good sized bedrooms, with three queen beds, and two king single beds.
Main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.
On the outside you’ll be surrounded with leafy trees and a tranquil garden. You’ll be able to find plenty of places to find a sunny or shady spot to relax with a good book or entertain with a glass of local wine and fresh nibbles from a day at the local markets.
The fully-fenced yard and rear veranda is a great area for the children to play, while the BBQ is cooking. Secure off-street parking is available with room for a boat.
When you’re not relaxing at home you’ll have various recreation activities and tourist attractions to choose from. Coorong National Park, Cockle Train, PS Oscar W, bike riding trails, art galleries, markets, wineries and golf courses, just to name a few are all close by.
The Port Elliot Cottage is ideal for two families or a group of adult friends to enjoy their holiday together, where you can relax and explore the wonderful Fleurieu Peninsula!
