This freshly renovated home, located in the heart of Victor Harbor at the top of Seaview Road Hill, is a privately owned holiday home, perfect for a family holiday or weekend getaway.
Just a short 10 minute stroll to the centre of town, everything you need for an amazing holiday stay is within reach. Take a walk across to Granite Island, jump on board the Cockle Train for a trip to Goolwa or take the time to explore the multiple walking trails or bike paths around.
With a semi-circle driveway and side access, there is plenty of room for multiple cars and even the boat if you bring it with you.
The living area has a flat screen television, DVD player (with a choice of DVD’s), stereo, as well as a reverse cycle air conditioner. We also have a small selection of books to read and toys for the kiddies, as well as some board games if you can't get outside because of the weather. If you want to get away for some private reading, there is a comfortable day bed tucked away from the main area.
With a large undercover alfresco, you can enjoy a BBQ or simply relax outside without being exposed to the elements.
The large master bedroom and second bedroom both have queen beds, while the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds plus 2 trundle beds if needed. Each room has a remote controlled heater as well as a built-in wardrobe with hangers provided so you can hang your clothes up, rather then leave them in a suitcase.
For your convenience, we are able to provide all bed linen and towels for a small laundry fee of $40, ensuring your beds are freshly made before your arrival. If you would prefer to bring your own linen and towels, we are happy to provide the quilts, pillows and mattress protectors free of charge.
Well Behaved Pets are Welcome both Inside and Outside with a fully-fenced beautiful green lawn for your pets to run around and enjoy. We're happy for your pet to be inside the house as long as they do not cause any damage or mess. Please try to keep them off the furniture where possible.
While your pet is very welcome, we do ask that you be considerate of our neighbours. If your dog is a barker, or will get distressed if left alone, then please reconsider bringing them with you. They may not bark at home, but they may if left alone in a new environment.
